Media Fidelis is a new entertainment and content creation company for the faithful. We are a team of passionate Catholic storytellers based in Cardiff, Wales, and our goal is to provide the families of the Church with thrilling, engaging and enriching entertainment. Media Fidelis translates to faithful media – we intend to produce a source material that is faithful to history and the Church.
Having been unable to find suitable and engaging family entertainment from a Catholic perspective, we decided that if no one else was going to make it – we would!
Passion Play
We are honoured each year to bring to the parish of St. Albans on the Moors, in Cardiff, The Good Friday Passion of our Lord, where we take the events of that day out onto the streets. This public witness not only brings The Passion to life in the minds of the parishioners, but also presents it to those who might otherwise go through Passiontide without encountering its true meaning.
Friar’s Fables
A series that tells stories of the lives of the Saints, seen through the imagination of Christopher, a boy orphaned through the War of The Roses. Friar Alban guides Christopher through his trauma by telling him stories of The Church’s greatest heroes – The Saints!
A Sword For The Rose
Living under tyranny and constant fear, Clara calls out for hope and, in the most unlikely of places, it is answered. To be a Catholic in Elizabethan England is to be a spy, but still, to be a Catholic is to cling to love.
The Shield of Virtue
A coming-of-age adventure where a father takes his son and two daughters on the pilgrim’s road – only those who put their trust in the shield of virtue will make it to the end! The road is full of dangers – both physical and spiritual.
With each of them being tested, will they fall or will they learn to fly?
Holy Rollers
The long road to fulfil one’s vow of crusade is perilous and unpredictable and, so too, is the roll of the dice. Join our players as they set out on the grand adventure to liberate the Holy Land. Who knows what dangers they will face, we certainly don’t! This project will see some of our team take on the roles of crusading Knights heading to the Holy Land as we play out a role-playing game scenario using the Pendragon 5th edition Tabletop Roleplaying Game system.
A Gentleman at Prayer
The life of a parish priest is never easy -especially when you have to keep it a secret! Follow the hilarious misadventures of Father Bartle as he navigates the hostile waters of the Elizabethan state, avoiding priest hunters and a noose at Tyburn all while seeing to the needs of his flock and the Catholic underground at large in this comedy of errors.

Get involved in a way that suits you with our three tiers of support-
- The Oratores are those who Pray – who offer prayer for the fruition of the projects and team to the glory of God
- The Laboratores are those who work – by offering services or by donation.
- The Bellatores are those who provide protection and patronage.
Should you wish to remain anonymous, then that is possible – though we do request a Geographical region by which we can honour you (e,g, a donor/patron from SE Wales, etc.).
